A cabin we are building on Lake Rayburn. A small foot print with big views of the lake. 2 beds 2 baths with a loft.

Built on Lake Sam Rayburn, this charming, smart floor plan features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A vaulted ceiling in the great room flanked by generous porches is designed for flow-through entertaining. A small footprint offset with a ten-foot plate line throughout the home gives the feel of a much larger space. 1150 sqf

A small waterfront cabin built on Lake Sam Rayburn. Because of the steepness of the lot we adapted the plans to accommodate a walk-out basement. The home features large Andersen Composite windows and fiberglass doors. Luxurious French Oak engineered flooring throughout. 

I designed and built this "not so tiny" house. The 17' high ceilings made this small footprint home feel huge and open on the inside. This house featured French Oak engineered flooring, custom cabinets, ipe wood stair railing with stainless cable railing, exposed Douglas Fur beams, and big covered deck.

Modern detached garage to go with the Perch Lake house. 18'x24' footprint with tall ceilings and an exposed glulam beam. This was a challenging build because of the steep slope. The slab required tall concrete walls.

At 120' long and 6' high this bulkhead was a big job. The old wall failed from not being properly anchored back into the soil. We built it back with tongue and groove boards and galvanized all-thread anchors. We added riprap to help with erosion and sprayed grass seed after back filling.
